Returns Policy

If you change your mind about any mail order purchase you have a legal right to cancel your purchase and claim a full refund within 14 days, starting from the day after you receive them. You then have a further 14 days to return the rings. (The Consumer Contracts Regulations)
If you have a problem with your order, contact us on 01225 851524 or mail@slugrings.co.uk and we promise to sort it out for you promptly and fairly.

Privacy Policy

We only use your information to process your order. We never pass on your details to third parties. We shall not contact you by e-mail, post or telephone, except to inform you about a particular order.

Security

In our online shop we never know your credit card details. RomanCart, the company which runs our shopping cart, never knows your card details either. Braintree, a major internet credit card handler, runs our payment page from its secure servers. Braintree is the only organisation that knows your credit card details. Braintee has seriously secure systems. If you order on the telephone we never put your card details into our computer system.

Shipping

We will send your rings by Royal Mail. We do our best to despatch your order within 24 hours.
