If you change your mind about any mail order purchase you have a right under British law to return the goods within seven days, starting from the day after you receive them, for a full refund. (Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000)

In our online shop we never know your credit card details. Roman Cart, the company which runs our shopping cart, never knows your card details either. WorldPay, a major internet credit card handler, runs our payment page from its secure servers. WorldPay is the only organisation that knows your credit card details. WorldPay has seriously secure systems. If you order by providing your card details on the telephone we never put them into our computer system.

We will send your rings by Royal Mail. We do our best to despatch your order within 24 hours.
